Follow me into the night
City lights will guide your way.
Over the bridge and to the little harbor.
There's a boat waiting for us to go further
down the riverside
Follow me on the water.
White caps in fearless eyes.
Such a beauty in the evening
and we're here together
to go further
down the riverside.
And then the wind sets in.
Think we're drowning.
Of course we're scared
but it's not that we care.
The river's holding its arms wide open.
Of course we're down
but we wont hit the ground.
It's quite too dark to see my toes
but the shore has reflections of you.
Stranded here up the coast.
And the moon is just a half
when we're further down the riverside.
And then the wind sets in.
Think we're drowning.
Of course we're scared but it's not that we cared.
The river's holding its arms wide open.
Of course we're down but we won't hit the ground.

Hello morning sun.
Good to see you rise.
Haven’t slept that well.
Was alone last night.
I come and take a breeze
of your shining rays.
I'm grown used to it
in so many ways.
Let's draw a sketch of you.
Maybe with my hands.
But I cannot find a color that
represents your glance.
And it's good to have an ocean when swimming means a crime.
And we all can see that sunshine that is burning our eyes.
So is it better to live searching than to die with lonely heart?
At least we got what we got...
Hello Mr. Sand. Could You talk to the wind?
Could You ask him if he'd give us something to deny all our sins.
Give us rain. Give us grain. Turn some snowflakes to cocaine.
Give us hope and grace and something we can waste.
Let us harvest. Let us plant till the earth is just a sand
and then we'll see: That there's no destiny.
